At Fierce Fitness, we believe every woman deserves a workout that suits her body, lifestyle, and goals. That’s why we offer a wide variety of classes designed to support all fitness levels, whether you are a beginners to advanced, within our private, female-only gym.

Strength Training-
Our strength sessions are designed to help women build muscle, improve technique, and feel powerful.
Lower Body Strength – Focused on glutes, legs, and lower-body strength using weights and resistance training.
Upper Body Strength – Build strength in the arms, shoulders, chest, and back while improving posture and confidence.
Full Body Strength – A balanced session targeting the entire body for strength, tone, and overall conditioning. Perfect for women at any stage of their strength journey.
Stength & Cardio-
A high-energy combination of weight lifting and cardio, for a powerful, intense workout. Expect elevated heart rates, strength-building exercises, and calorie-burning intervals designed to challenge both your muscles and your fitness levels.
Core & Cardio-
This class is all about getting your heart rate up while strengthening your core. Improve overall fitness, endurance, and stability through dynamic cardio movements paired with focused core work.
Hot Pilates-
A low-impact, high-burn workout performed in a heated room. Hot Pilates strengthens the core, sculpts the body, improves flexibility, and boosts endurance—all while increasing sweat and intensity.
Mummy & Baby Classes-
A supportive and nurturing class for new mums looking to rebuild strength post-pregnancy. Designed to safely improve fitness while allowing you to train alongside your baby and connect with other mums

Silver Membership (3 Classes PW)  £65 PCM
Bronze Mebership (2 classes PW)  £55 PCM

All classes must be booked through our app- you will gain access to our app once you are a member.
All memberships can be cancelled at anytime,We just require 3 month notice via email,
